Friendly and reliable staff. I've stayed at this hostel long term (months) and always been looked after. The hostel is well located for many activities (unlike getting around Old Town) and resteraunts. The owner (Tony) is a welcoming friend who is always willing to help. The hostel is the right balance of sociable (you can meet other travelers and socialise) and private (you'll always find a quiet spot to yourself). There is one of the best views you can find in Chiang Mai looking across Nimman and towards the mountain (Doi Suthep) on the rooftop. Beautiful sunset and relaxed space. The dorm rooms are comfortable and not too busy/noisy. I highly recommend this place.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. For the affordable price, the quality of accommodation and service is very good value for money.
